KIDS MUAY THAI

All Levels / Ages 6+

Our youth Muay Thai program is open to students of all skills levels ages 6 to 13. A typical kids Muay Thai class will include warm-up exercises, stretching, jumping rope, bag work, and partner training drills. Students practice partner training drills to develop coordination, strength, and agility.

Feedback is important for progress. Parents receive a monthly progress report with tips to further develop their child's skills through at-home training. All Daks Capital Muay Thai students are expected to review and follow our facility's Code of Conduct

OUR YOUTH MUAY THAI PROGRAM

ENDURANCE & FLEXIBILTY

In Pad Work class, students of all skill levels work with rotating partners and work to develop offensive and defensive combinations using Thai pads.

TECHNIQUE DEVELOPMENT

In Clinch Technique class, students of all skill levels learn standing grappling techniques, employing elbows, knees, and throws.

MONTHLY PROGRESS

Intermediate and advanced students move with rotating partners, practicing light contact technical sparring (60-70% power) with an emphasis on technique development, skill, and control.
